    Sendside is Salesforce Sales App Of The Week.

    Sendside has been selected by Salesforce as the 'App of the Week' for our integration with Salesforce.

    One of the questons posted through Salesforce is this:How does Sendside differ from Salesforce Content?

    Here's the answer.

    Salesforce Content allows you to bundle content and creates a ‘micro-site’ to display it and report back to a Salesforce user when it’s opened. To send "Content" you build it and then copy and paste it into an email. (If you’re a Salesforce user you probably already know how this works.)

    Sendside is an entirely new communication ‘Platform’ that has integrated with Salesforce. Sendside’s Platform allows you to send any type of content, including Salesforce Content, but does much more. Where Content is a link to a static micro-site, Sendside messages are the actual ‘communications’. They can contain micro-sites, HTML pages, or even other web sites that you don’t own.

    Somewhat simplistically, think of it in these terms; If a message on Sendside were an email, Salesforce Content would be an attachment. You’ll see below that Content could easily bee inside a tab, but so could anything else.

    Salesforce.com Appexchange: Another 5 star review for Sendside.

    We're getting rave reviews of Sendside on the Salesforce Appexchange about our integration with Salesforce and our ability to extend Salesforce beyond the sales and support teams and out to external customer communications on an individual basis and are able to return reporting and analytics back into Salesforce's reporting tools. We can do this because Sendside is, at it's core, a communication platform.

    Awesome Platform Extends Salesforce Into External Customer Communications

    Sendside offers a number of integrated applications that add new capabilities to saleforce around external communications that just weren't possible before.

    With Sendside, each of our sales reps can send multi-dimensional sales communications with instant notifications that cut our follow-up time to a fraction of what it was. It’s amazing to watch leads open our communications in real-time and track the effectiveness. Our sales guys love it since it helps them close more deals faster, so they spend more time inside Salesforce.

    When we first started looking at Sendside it was for our sales, but we're now also using it for external customer communications, eSignatures, sending secure messages, capturing leads, immediate follow-up and even investor relations and board communications.

    Sendside extends Salesforce 'outside the company' and into external communications and delivers all reporting and metrics back into Salesforce. As hardcore Salesforce users there's just nothing that comes close to what it does and it's very simple to extend into Salesforce Sites and Customer Portal.

    I’m sorry I can only give it 5 stars, I’d give it 7 if I could. Sendside Rocks!

    Sendside Salesforce App Exchange 5 Star Review

    Sendside's integrated with Salesforce CRM and we're now available on Salesforce's Appexchange Marketplace for any business using Salesforce.com.     Sendside at Dreamforce

    Now that Sendside's integrated with salesforce.com, we sent a group of seven to Dreamforce 09 where we spend a full four days talking to hundreds of people about Sendside's sales automation and customer communication capabilites. (Our appologies to the 19,000 or so attendees we didn't get to speak to. Perhaps next year.)

    While the sales team's using our Packages application to follow-up with hundreds of leads, I thought I'd post a few photos from Dreamforce.
